The Cluster Site Supervised Apartment Living (SAL) program is for boys ages 16.5 and up and is located on Ross Campus. Youth are expected to have successfully completed a pre-independent living program of some kind, preferably on our Ross Campus, prior to being admitted to the program. There are six efficiency apartments available at this site, staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

While living independently, yet with 24-hour on-site staff availability for support, residents learn basic tasks such as grocery shopping, doing laundry, shopping for and cooking meals, and getting to school or appointments. Our counselors spend face to face time with each youth on a daily basis, checking in on progress and working on skill development, ensuring residents are on the right track.
